CVS Trip 7/19 ^^

CVS7_19

So my ECBs were set to expire on the 24th and considering the only deals I would be interested in next week would only be worth it with a %-off coupon (sadly I only got the sitewide variety), I put together a reward-rolling trip tonight before the chaos of early activation.

I came in with a plan A and a plan B. Plan A was the 3ecb wyb $10 Sharpie/Pentel deal, but was all sold out (as I figured they would be). But I did get a raincheck from my favorite cashier. She told me that she was “glad to do it, because I’m one of the few that doesn’t drive her crazy”, lol. I try to be simple and drama free 😀 .

So I went with plan B. It was actually the cheapest and the best deal to roll. I’m doing pretty good on mouthwash, but during this time it was too good to pass up.

I came in with 11.50 worth of ECBs (5, 4, 1, 1.50quarterly). Here’s what I did:

2 Colgate Total Mouthwash $5.99ea = $11.98
1 Quilted Northern Bath Tissue $6.99

Total before coupons = $18.97

——

Coupons Used

(2) -$2 off Colgate mouthwash, 32 oz+ IP
(1) .45/1 Quilted Northern Ultra Plush, 9 big rolls+, RP 6/30

(1) $2.50 off $12 oral care CVS MCM coupon (thought it might beep, but went through fine)
– 11.50 ECBs

Total after coupons = .52 + tax!

Received 7.50 ECBs (6 from Colgate and $1.50 from Northern)

I’m fine with the loss, I’ll make it up once the deals start getting a bit better ^^. Gotta love cheap tissue! Cashier told me I rocked it as well, gotta love it!
